The Chaclid team as a broad range of experience in working with logistics data, work-flow integration, and the use of the modern state of the art solvers. We can help and provide advice on how to approach integration to Icepacks services and provide advice and tools to assist with pre- and post-processing of data to provide additional capabilities to the solver stack. Examples include model decomposition, delivery and pick-up aggregation, work-load balancing, batch processing, spatial queries, clustering and many more.
API
We assist and guide development teams working with the Icepack API Optimisation service, and provide examples and training to get developers up to speed as quickly as possible. No need to worry with installations, updates or availability.
Chalcid can provide details on how to interact with the API through the Icepack Scenario Management Interface which accepts JSON, Protobuf and Excel data.
Compute
No additional road-network or compute capacity needs to be provisioned by developers as this is all taken care of by the Icepack service. Just send a the request and within seconds a solution is waiting to be used.
Road-network data is regularly updated and based on OSM data. For specialised road-network configurations Chalcid can assist clients in understanding how to best use the services and what additional options are available.
For complex operations and studies which require batching calls to the API, Chalcid can manage these and collate results on clients behalf.
Bespoke
Need additional pre- or post processing of your data. The Chalcid team is available to provide your developers with the knowledge to manage and decompose problem instances or provide additional guidance on setting up the models correctly for your problem type in order to meet your goals.
We can assist in running and managing pre- and post data transformations as well as help clients integrate these steps directly into their own operations.
